The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and without any flaws Products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn
The product must be unused and intact with tags
Within 3 days after the product is received

What, if I lost the money receipt/tags/barcode?

It will not be considered for losing the money receipt or invoice for exchanges. We only offer exchange for shoe size within (2 to 3 working days) of receiving delivery.

From where I can exchange the product?

For Online Purchase: After purchasing any product(s) you can exchange the product from our Warehouse within 3 days of the receiving* date.
